And I found out today why the new office manager's desk was switched around so that she faces the front window (and my back). According to one of my co-workers, the following comment was made:

After much consideration, I've decided that I need to take this coming weekend to rest and fully recuperate from my trip. I'm fading out around 6:00 p.m. every night, and given that I'm daytripping, I really can't guarantee that I'll be able to drive home safely after Court.

I hope everyone has a terrific time, and I'll be there in spirit....
