Governor Patrick's 18 year old daughter came out in the current issue of Bay Windows. She sounds like a smart, together kid, and I *love* her mother's reaction to the news.

Best of all, she's coming to Smith! :D

For once, good news from the dentist....

Got a completely clean bill of health, including on the x-rays. After my lovely little "surprise" last November, I am *thrilled* at how well things went.

Also, have purchased new foundation garments in Northampton, as well as my very own digital camera (baronessmartha - when is a good time for me to come over to return your loaner? I am eternally grateful to you for its use in Italy this winter....).

Next up: quick lunch, and over to Amherst to transcribe the 1507 Constitutions of the Basilica of Santa Maria dell'Impruneta. Yes, they're in Latin and Italian, but I have a translator lined up, so it's all good.
