Conbust and other things

- Conbust was great. I gave two workshops, attended several panels, helped C at her table, sold a scarf, saw two old friends (*waves at Jane and gn_baz), and best of all, was fangirled by otterdance (who wants to know more about old quilts) and got to fangirl her in return. I am definitely doing Conbust again next year.

- The Impruneta article is now revised, illustrated, and safely in the hands of my editors. I have no illusions about this being the final copy - it almost certainly isn't - but this is a major hurdle, especially the illustrations. Kudos especially to helwen, whose work was described as "fantastic" by one of the editors.

- I had what turned out to be a mild ankle sprain yesterday. It's almost healed now, thank goodness.

- Have slept horribly most of the week and feel very drained. Have already made arrangements to be in late tomorrow morning so I can get an extra hour of sleep, but if I'm really feeling lousy I'm going to stay home. *bleah*
