As Malfoy shows signs of being a genuine hunting cat

He is currently chasing a fur mousy about my bedroom, including retrieving it from one of my shoes. I have no idea why he's suddenly doing this now, at the age of 11, but it's pretty funny.

Also, Gil is fine, healthy, and has been given the all clear to interact with Diamond and Malfoy. He's sneezing occasionally (maybe 2-3 times per day) but shows no signs of discharge from either his eyes or his nose, so I'm just keeping an eye on him for now. Otherwise he's in excellent health, and charmed the vet and the vet tech with his good looks, calm personality, and overall mellowness.

As for me, tomorrow I have to be in at work for a couple of hours, but otherwise it's been a reasonably decent vacation. Saturday night is New Year's at a friend's house, and Sunday Roomie and I have been invited to a dinner at one of her friend's homes.
