Things to be thankful for

1. My friends. All of you. I couldn't possibly do it without you.

2. My health. The conditions that I have are as nothing compared to what so many endure.

3. My job. Yes, it's been dreadful for a while. However, I have it, and that's more than many people can say right now.

4. My home. The Last Homely Shack isn't much, but it's mine.

5. The Triple Felinoid - noisy Siren, boisterous Malfoy, imperious Diamond. They are very dear to me.

6. My real work. I never thought I'd be making textile history instead of researching it, and I am grateful to all who have encouraged or aided me.

7. My freedom. The last seven years have been more productive than the previous twenty, and I wouldn't change that for anything.

8. My faith. I'm not pious, but I'm religious, and that has sustained me through much.
