Digging out three times in as many days will do that to you, even with an electric shovel. Having what is probably an arthritis flare up in my hands (*wince*) does not help.

May I have a big, strong, eager cabana boy for Christmas? Pretty please? I'm feed him and tuck him in and play with him and call him "George"....

Yeah, the cabana boy starts to look like a good option at times like this.... barring that, anyone in your area hiring themselves and their snowblower out? Might be worth it just once this coming week...

I hope you've been soaking in a tub with epsom salts?

*hugs*

Two hot baths and a lot of aspirin. Very helpful.

The worst was when the plows came through *twice* while I was digging out. They'd already cleared the street, so what they were doing was beyond me. And they always, always, always leave about twice as much snow on my side of the street as on the even numbered side.

*wince*

Oy! Ya know, that's worth complaining to town hall about...

Me too, after three years working as a university note-taker. Naproxen gel is good. Ignorant Brit asks, who is George?

Weeeelll...Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck wind up in "Abominable Snowman" country when Bugs "should have taken that left in Albekerky". After much chasing and hilarity, Daffy ends up in a bunny suit, stuck in a huge hug by the snowman who wants a bunny rabbit of his VERY OWN.

"And I will love him and hug him and pat him and squeeze him and I will call him GEORGE and he'll be AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALL mine!!"

All is clear. I think I *have* seen that one - not here, but when I was working in Sweden, where the whole department adjourned to the coffee lounge for an afternoon of cartoons (and alcohol, which is probably why I'd forgotten) before the Christmas holidays. I really can't see British universities having official Bugs Bunny days.
