Stayed home today. Slept until 3:00. Still feel a little shaky but will almost certainly go in to work tomorrow. Oddly enough, no fever or stomach symptoms, just general malaise and dizziness...
And no, it's not vertigo, and unless the neuroma has suddenly doubled in size, it's not that. It's a bug of some sort, and God knows I don't need that right now.
