Which is the publication date for Medieval Clothing and Textiles 4.

I expect my copy in the mail any day - the PDF of my chapter arrived in the mail last week, so the hard copy must be winging its way to me even as I write.

To say that I am excited is an understatement.

Have been working on getting Mom settled in since December, so we haven't had any plans to head out of town for a while. She's finally acknowledged that we just *might* have her clothes more-or-less in order - think back to Betty's 50 gazillion cardigans... Now if I can just get her to go through some of the less fun stuff, like the 30+ boxes of slides and travel memorabilia.

We plan to head out to Becky's in mid-May. Becky has Amber signed up for a kid's fishing tournament, and has her heart set on Grampy taking her for her first fishing lesson. Hopefully, she won't cry at the thought of the poor worms, but we'll see.

Other than that, we've had no particular plans to go anywhere until October - my 30th high school reunion is the same weekend as our anniversary. Not quite what I'd call a romantic weekend, but should be fun.
