I just donated 1/3 of it to Mass Equality, in honor of an anonymous woman who committed suicide in the 1950s. She was a friend of my aunt's and had somehow come to believe that Betty returned her interest. When Betty rejected her, she killed herself.
This has haunted me for years. I know that this is a small, small thing, but it's the only way I can think of to honor this poor woman.
********
The rest will be spent at Pennsic on wool for a Special Project that will make me the Secret Mistress of Patchwork. Details will be forthcoming once I've found suitable cloth.
