Former Bush Secretary of State Colin Powell endorses Obama. Given how unhappy Powell has seemed over the last few years, I would have been surprised at a McCain endorsement, despite the two men reportedly being personal friends. I am surprised that Powell actually broke ranks and endorsed anyone, though.
