Oh yeah - finally saw Casino Royale on cable. INCREDIBLE movie, and the last scene is one of the best endings I've seen in quite some time. Now I have to see who wants to see Quantum of Solace since I've heard it's a direct sequel...

Gotta say, I loved the foot chase scene at the beginning of CR and was NOT dissapointed by the one in QS. Enjoy!

Very different feel to the parkour foot chase and the balcony/rooftop chase in QS, though both were very well done, I agree.

Yes, definitely a direct sequel, but it still leaves loose threads to tie into another movie.

I miss some of the gadgets, though the films have enough going for them that I don't miss the gadgets too much. The gadgets did get a little out of hand.
