Not only has my sinus infection from hell decided to kick me up the arse one last time by giving me a mild but disconcerting case of vertigo, I did something to my neck that feels like I pinched something.

I so hate vertigo. That's another thing these pollens have been triggering with me lately.

With me, there's always the slight but real chance that the acoustic neuroma is growing. This is an official Bad Thing, since if it starts growing again I have to have it removed, and that means brain surgery, a month's recuperation at home, and total deafness in one ear.

Since my latest MRI was only a month ago, and the neuroma was stable, I'm 99% certain that this is the infection making me mildly dizzy. I'm going back to the doctor if it's not gone in a week, though.
