A few things that have happened in the past couple of weeks -
- Conference at the office went extremely well. I was one of the organizers, and attendees had nothing but praise for the food, logistics, and so on.
- No events lately because of homework. :(
- Preparations for Kalamazoo are going well. Preliminary reports on Impruneta paper submission are decent, so we'll see what the peer reviewers say.
- Weather is ridiculously hot, which made sleeping last night tough.
- Siren, showing that she is still very much a contrary cat, ate strawberries from my hand last night and licked up every drop. :)
- There's a very nice little bookstore in Easthampton: Cherry Picked Books. Nice selection of art books, history and true crime, plus local history books.
