Just got my new budget amount for the electric bill. Thanks to the new refrigerator, it is down by....

A full twenty-five percent from last year.
I am now researching other appliances in case the rumored Cash for Clunkers appliances bill is passed, because I have a dishwasher and an over-the-stove microwave that are about thirty years old....
