Biopsy is done

I now have a sore chest and a two day wait for results. Fortunately it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be, but I have to ice the incision every hour for twenty minutes until around 7:00 pm, plus wear a bra to bed.

I'm both relieved and terrified....

One step down, on to the next! At least you only have a couple of days to wait. I just love the tests where one waits for the results to show up in the mail...

Actually, the people at Baystate told me that they would make sure to have my results available by Thursday or Friday so I wouldn't have to suffer through a weekend of not knowing. I'm to call my doctor by Thursday afternoon if I haven't heard by then.
