As usual, the odd microclimate of Easthampton, Massachusetts, has won the day...we got about a quarter of an inch of new snow.

I'm still mildly surprised.

Yay for the crazy microclimate!

We're looking at 22" of the white stuff! Kind of mind boggling!

It's a good thing I love you madly or I'd really, really hate you for that.

I'll take pics and post later, but... No. This much snow is SO WRONG. My back is killing me and we spent about 6 hours shoveling yesterday, and I STILL have to go dig out more.

People who were born and raised in Florida should NEVER have to deal with snow.

Snow

We got about 1/16" in Florence. Barely a dusting.

About 20" right now. And still snowing. And there's drifts....

[livejournal.com profile] rocksryan has a photo of our backyard posted.

I live on the coast and we're covered with the nasty stuff. I may be the only person in the world who doesn't want a white Christmas. (I like being able to get out and about without worrying about driving and parking in the stuff and I was born in Canada). *g*

Lucky you! I've got a 2ft drift on my back porch and about 10" and counting (it's still snowing here) in the street!
