WAlked the treadmill for half an hour, raised a mild sweat, left leg (the weak one) tightened up for the first few minutes and then loosened. Had a real endorphin buzz for a while.

I think this is going to work.

In other news, docent training for Wistariahurst begins this weekend and continues on the 20th. I'm going to request that my actual tours take place on Sundays, at least in March and April, so I can attend a few upcoming SCA events, but I can't wait. This should be fun.

Would a session on the abdominal machine count? I did twenty of those today, managed three on the triceps, and did twenty minutes of cardio.
