Felt fine this morning despite very poor sleep (which was not helped by Siren stepping on the "on" switch to the vacuum cleaner a little before 6:00...but I digress). Felt fine at lunch. Felt fine until 3:00, when suddenly *WHOMP* felt like yesterday's flattened fauna.

Went home sick at 3:30. Slept. Bathed. Feel a bit better but nowhere near 100%.
