Does hitting a sibling count? My sister certainly made me live to regret it when she broke my nose, but she was fourteen at the time.

One day, I just know, someone is going to push me over the edge and I will lash out. Probably with a sword. There will be blood.

Anger? Yes. Once. My brother when he was turning into a teen and called me a bitch and told me to go to hell. I backhanded him. I felt bad after, but he never used foul language like that again. He was also respectful after that.

Self-defence? More times than I can recount and I never felt bad about any of those kicks, elbows or hits.
