This is why co-existence is important. I grew up with some Muslim school friends. There's nothing scary about most followers of Islam if you actually KNOW them, instead of seeing the kooks on TV representing them. Like, liberal Christians are lovely people, but Timothy McVeigh, the Westboro Church, etc can give Christianity a bad name... it's just in the US, there are so many Christians, most people have enough sense not to stereotype too often.

he's right of course;
giving away the right to beat the crap out of everybody who isn't from the same narrowminded attitude as oneself is a very bad thing.
also giving away the liberty to deny others the liberty of religion can never be good.
I really cannot understand why some silly thing like the constitution doesn't give me the freedom to demonise everybody I don't know or want to know.
