First day of vacation

1. Finished corrections to footnotes on Impruneta article and sent them off to editor.

2. Tried to give blood but didn't have enough hemoglobin. Made new appointment for two weeks and will try again.

3. Hung out at Barnes & Noble in Holyoke Crossing and read a book I had never read before, and will never read again (marginaliana, it's one of the ones we discussed a few weeks ago. Yikes!).

4. Had long and productive meeting with financial planner, resulting in me switching my annuity to bonds from stocks and bonds. Feel much better.

5. Decided to bag Open Studio tonight and spend a quiet night at home.

6. Am now listening to Phillipe Jaroussky concert at the Hall of Mirrors at Versailles on Youtube. Bliss.
