Well...last week I started a new exercise program called Couch to 5K, which is basically a very gentle, gradual way of working up to having the strength and stamina to run a 5K from basically nothing. I was sore as hell the first time I did it, but that's basically over, and I'm now actually looking forward to it....

And after plateauing at 20 pounds down for a couple of months, I lost another two pounds since starting. Even better, I can feel my thigh muscles firming up, and it's much easier to climb stairs.
