helwen and fitzw are safe and sound, albeit isolated; Ashfield has no power and limited access to the outside world thanks to downed power lines and trees, and was officially declared a disaster area by Gov. Patrick. Concentus practice is cancelled for tomorrow night as well.

As for me, the ice storm pretty much passed Easthampton by. I found two branches from the pine tree in the side yard, and otherwise no damage. It was quite unnerving to hear the sleet pattering on the roof on Thursday night, however.
