Interview update...

Interview went well. I'm not saying it's a lock, but I think I made a good impression. Also, have been contacted by two other prospective employers about interviews.

All in all, quite good.

As for current job...remember how the Billing Manager was supposed to meet with me every day to go over my performance? She didn't so much as *speak* to me today. Head games, anyone? :p

As for the head games b*tch - you ought to keep a little tally somewhere - on a paper calendar or Outlook or somesuch - noting when you did and did not meet with her. Just for the record.

Excellent about the interview - well done. And definitely document the BM's behavior. (I take a juvenile, potty-humor sort of pleasure in that abbreviation, I have to admit.)

I'm just thinking of her as "that bitch" these days, but BM also works. My shop steward characterized her as "a Mean Girl" and I think she's right.
