Let's see...

Took three calls from severely manic patient who finally said he was going elsewhere because our on-call med provider wouldn't help him without seeing him...

Got snippy e-mail from bitchy uber-secretary who dresses like Ma Kettle's bastard child by a Riot Grrl because I didn't telepathically guess that a caller wanted to talk to one person and not another...

Cancelled a week's worth of clients for a clinician whose mother is dying, including phone calls...

Fielded at least seventy or eighty phone calls...

Had a clinician tell me she was sorry for me...

Had another clinician treat me like dirt...

Found out that one of the places I interviewed hired someone else...

Had to give up an interview because they couldn't/wouldn't do so at times when I was available...

Had the neck spasms start up almost the second I walked in the door...

TMJ came back on same side as neuroma, making me panic for five seconds until I realized that no, the facial tingling is NOT from the tumor, it's because I'm so on edge I'm grinding my teeth again...

Oh yeah. Fun, fun times. Remind me again why I haven't chucked the whole thing and moved into Ted Kaczynski's old cabin in Montana?

Poor you!

Really, hon, you should chuck it and make the job hunting your full time job. :( You SO don't need this crap.

If there is even the slightest repercussion from that e-mail, I am walking. Period. At this point it's not even worth waiting to be fired so I can collect.

One of my cousins lives on a cattle ranch in Montana. I have it on good authority that they get 4 feet of snow at a whack in the winter. I can personally vouch for the rattlesnakes. Nice place to visit, but live there??????

Nope, stick to the Pioneer Valley, much better.
