Word. I could see reading once out of boredom. I occasionally google the names of people I used to know if I'm stuck in front of a computer with nothing to do for a long period of time but to stalk exes or exes of SOs (or SOs of exes) is kinda pathetic.

It also verges on rude IMHO. I mean, why *would* you want to know what your sweetie's ex is doing say, five or six or seven years after the break up? Your sweetie's loyalties should be quite clear by now, so what's the fascination with the ex? Morbid curiosity? Your sweetie occasionally mentioning the ex's name? Or something truly nasty, like the two of you entertaining yourself by making fun of someone who has nothing to do with your lives?
