Or at the very least, a stubborn tension headache centered over one eye that has not responded to painkillers, caffeine, or hot baths.

I am also completely unable to write the thank you e-mail for the interview I had two Fridays ago, even though I've read the book I was loaned and found it valuable. I guess I'm nervous about coming across as completely lame.

Also, my head hurts.

You might try sinus medication. When I get a migraine like that, the only thing that will touch it is Advil Cold & Sinus. Hope you feel better. Migraines are evil.

When I get full-blown throbbing over my right eye pain I take two tylenol and two ibuprofen washed down with something caffinated. Usually works!
