And I found out today why the new office manager's desk was switched around so that she faces the front window (and my back). According to one of my co-workers, the following comment was made:


"Now you'll be able to keep an eye on Ellid."

Given that the office manager is visibly floundering AND had two meltdowns last week from the stress of doing what I've done, alone, for over a year, I'm not overly concerned. Just disgusted.

1) It strikes me that their tanned hides would make a lovely piece of patchwork stitchery.

2) I do hope you are dropping lots of remarks about Florence. You know, like if they ask you where the yellow form is, you could say, "you know, last week when I was in Florence, the lemons in the adorable and charming fruit stands were just that color..."
