I uploaded a picture of Malfoy-the-cat a few weeks ago. Here are the other members of the Triple Felinoid:

Diamond, about to attack her dinner. Note that I've been doing a little feminist reading, and still haven't completely unpacked my travel toiletries....

Siren, who is shy and hates photographers. Someday I'll get a full frontal picture of her, I *swear*.

And a non-cat picture:

I don't just make quilts, I *wear* them!

Kitties! Yay! Diamond has such an unusual and pretty coat pattern.

Di-di is technically a "blue blotched tabby." I think her markings look more like a whirlpool than a blotch. I've never seen one quite like her before. She's very dainty and lovely in person, and has attitude to burn.

Yay Bitch magazine!

It looks like Siren is trying to dig her way out, to escape the horrible camera!

Yes, she does. Poor thing.

*blinks*

You named your FEMALE cat Snape? She's a pretty thing, and very cool, but...?

I picked the name before I picked the cat. But it's a surname; she could be a Snape's daughter Mary Sue or something. She's certainly mean enough. She bit me just now actually :D

Great Kittens!
Though I adore the tunic. Love it!

It's going to be featured in an article I'm finishing up for Pieces of Time. It's based on a 14th century Italian ivory showing St. Joseph in a quilted tunic. Thanks!

And aren't the kitties pretty?

Pretty cats, and a lovely quilted tunic!

Incidentally, I mentioned your trip to see the Impruneta cushion to a couple of friends at the weekend, and they were extremely interested - one of them actually saw it when it was on display in London, she says! (I didn't know it ever had been, but there you go.) She agreed that it was indeed absolutely fantabulous. May I point them at your LJ entries about it?

Absolutely! Can you find out when and where it was exhibited in London, and if there's an exhibition catalogue about it? NONE of the British quilt historians I've spoken to have even heard of it.

Thanks!
