That's kind of endearing, actually. I always liked Richard Quest.
I can't believe he could have kept his career going if he had been addicted to meth all these years. Perhaps he started with milder stimulants and worked his way to the hard stuff? He's always seemed to have a lot of manic energy.
It may have been from the Web Gallery of Art. I scanned quite a few Bosch paintings because I couldn't find hi-res images online but I think this one is from WGA. Their stuff is uneven in quality.
