My insurance company left message on my answering machine. I left one on the claims person's voicemail telling him that since I am not allowed to take or make personal calls at the office, either a) he has to call me before 8:30 a.m. or after 5:30, or b) fax whatever questions he has to my office.

This doesn't sound good, since I already gave all the information I had to the insurance company when I called them Monday....

Try giving him a personal email address too. Sometimes they are just looking for information, and it doesn't matter how they get it. No personal calls at work? Over something like this? Yeesh. Once again life demonstrates you work for muttonheads.
