The woman who was attacked in Pittsburgh has admitted that she faked the attack.

Which I realized about halfway to work when I asked myself why an attacker would draw a *backwards* letter on his victim's face.

My brother looked at her face and said 'she did that in a mirror.' It struck me that if someone didn't like your bumper sticker they'd probably key your car rather than beat you up but in this election, anything is possible.

BEsides the general agreement that she has some mental health issues, one has to wonder....

Who did she think she was helping? Did she think that she could turn the tide of the election with her stupid? "I will get more votes for McCain when everyone thinks that a black man attacked me!"

With any luck, this will actually help the Obama campaign "Good lord, I can't vote for McCain, the people who follow him are all INSANE!"
