well, very understandable from the bride's point of vieuw. Daddy payed for a big party and you cannot have your social status going down the drain as a stood-up bride or not being a radiant bride in blinding white at all..... as if the groom is that important, not at all, he is just a piece of decoration for your swelled up ego.
