First, I was being sarcastic about Fred Phelps...he's a dreadful person and I wish he and his appalling family would stay far, far away from New England.

Second, for those who don't know about him....

I'm still not over the last time you mentioned him. I find his story/family/religion just appalling. It's really really said to see the kids especially growing up in that kind of hateful environment.

Phelps has got to be in the running for Most Hated Man Alive.

But really, the guy is about the power of being a cult leader and the money he made from suing the people he provokes to assault. I don't think he believes a word of his "religion".
