Remember a few years ago when people were complaining about tobacco companies advertising disproportionately in black neighborhoods? The tobacco companies "defended" themselves by saying "I think it's rather cynical of (our critics) to suggest that blacks are somehow more susceptible to advertising.". The obvious answer -- "we didn't say anything of the kind" -- plays into their hands by making the conversation about what YOU SAID rather than about what the companies did.
This chick is doing the same thing: "anybody who disagrees with me is insulting parents everywhere by insinuating that they don't want to feed their kids healthy food."
