An unexpected side benefit to getting a new refrigerator

My electric use has plummeted in the year since I got the new refrigerator, by between 25-33% per month. That means I'm likely to see a big, fat reduction in my electric bill when the rates are recalculated in August.

And guess what? Delta Dental now offers individual plans for Massachusetts residents that cost - you guessed it - about half the amount that I will be saving on my electric bill.

Guess who's getting individual dental insurance? It's too late to help with the mountain of bills I've incurred for the new crown, but it's sure going to help with the three new fillings....

Glad to see someone is seeing a reduction in costs! (New appliances are good for reducing the electric bill. They pay for themselves pretty quickly.)
