She ate normally this morning, then threw up after I got home and was very weak and shaky on her pins. I immediately drove her to the emergency vet hospital in Deerfield, where, $300+ of blood tests and fluids later, it turns out she was dehydrated and overheated. I'm to observe her for a couple of days and take her to her own vet if her appetite continues poor or she gets shaky again, but otherwise she's fine.

And of course the minute I got in the door she went straight to her food dish and started eating her kibble....

Serious dehydration is scary in cats.
They get most of their fluid through foods, so, fresh gooshy food until the heat wave is over!
