I took a Claritin and my daily dose of Flonase, and feel much, much better. I'm still a little shaky but based on how quickly this improved I'm pretty sure it's sinus.
I'm going to see how things shake out tomorrow - I didn't go anywhere today because I wasn't quite sure I was up to driving. We'll see what shape I'm in tomorrow when I get up. Some branches of my doctor's practice are open on Saturdays so I might leave a request for a referral to Dr. McKenna anyway. I'm due for my next MRI regardless so it makes sense.
