10 minutes of lifting, including abdominals, shoulders, triceps, biceps, and hip abductors, followed by 30 minutes on the bike tonight. Bad knee feels *good*, I'm doing ten miles on the bike with no problems, and I'm starting to notice an improvement in my wind and my breath control when I sing.
Tomorrow night I'm having dinner and going to a museum with Una, but Saturday morning? Back to Planet Fitness. I am *not* going to fall down on this one.

In other news, I signed up to make a couple of the little tissue cases the Princess wishes to give as gifts to other royalty at the Queen's Tea this summer. Pray for me.....
