Didn't quite clean all the things, but cleaned quite a lot. Also did a couple of loads of laundry, cooked a bit, worked in the Garrett for an afternoon, and slept a great deal to ward off a cold.

All in all, a decent weekend. How was yours?

Pretty good weekend here. Today, was out in the garden from 10:30am to 11:45am, lunch until 12:30pm or so, then at the scribe desk from 1pm to 4pm, then again from 5pm to 7pm, out to dinner from 7-7:50pm, and then more scribe work from 8pm to 9pm and 9:30pm to 11:30pm.

So that's 8 hours of scribing today. Almost done, too.
(Thank God. I should have taken a break after the first 2 hours, my legs were hurting by dinnertime. Still should be worth the result of the finished product...).

I worked an eight-hour shift on Labor Day.

As I left, I sang the first verse of "Joe Hill". Nobody got it.

We didn't quite Clean All the Things either. Since we are currently juggling roomates (1 moves out and 1 moves in) much of the weekend was spent in deep cleaning and refurbishing several key areas of the house to facilitate this. Not a terribly relaxing weekend. But overall rewarding and productive.

Nice slothful weekend: spent Sunday and Monday wrestling a knitted lace pattern into submission. I won, I think ;) and the project's about half done.
