I went back to the gym today after a long, long hiatus. To my great surprise and pleasure, I've only lost about twenty pounds on the weightlifting, and it's actually more like ten pounds because I deliberately didn't push it. I also did thirty minutes on the treadmill at 125 heartbeats/minute, which is spot-on for my age. I'm going to do this every other night during the work week and write the other two.
