Spent a quiet night at Todd and Barbara's watching a fascinating documentary on Walt Disney's 1941 trip to South America, cracking jokes, and drinking sparkling cider. We toasted the New Year, I finished a fluffy scarf, and we enjoyed some Ghirardelli's brownies that I'd baked (very chocolaty!).
I was home by 1:00 and in bed a bit after that. I'm still tired and likely won't do much today, but plan on writing and sewing a bit. Good ways to start the year!
