Helium or hot air interior with multiple 'cells' so punctures only flatten a section, allowing a controlled descent. Surely their engineers are competent enough to plan for safety?

Once upon a time I lived in Utah. I had definitely come from a more urban environment and was constantly amused by the stickers on the back of the local gendarmes that said "Seen any crimes? Call xxx-xxxx". I don't know why that made me snicker. Maybe the blimp will have that lit up ala the Blade Runner blimps?
