funny thing is that a younger Jemery Irons would be a spitting image of the contempory portrait of Cesare Borgia, for Rodrigo Borgia he is a little bit too thin in the face, the portrait of Rodrigi shows a man with a florid face... and such a portrait sort of sets the idea one has about the character.
But I thing Jeremy Irons can carry away the ruthlessness and powerwielding of a Borgia easely with his hands tied to his back.
