Turns out that Sapphy's fuel injector was indeed the problem, just as loosecannon predicted. One cleaning later and the car is running fine. Huge relief!

And today is Novice Schola and Baronial Birthday at Bethesda Lutheran Church in Springfield. I'm not teaching, but my dear apprentice harpnfiddle is organizing the classes. Anyone who can, come on down! It'll be fun.

I am relieved! Ask them to clean the filters, and be alert to the possibility of this happening when the weather shifts.
