Peepers! (Pronounced: Pee-pas!) I adore peepers! We have them down in DC as early as March, so I don't hear them too much at this point. I always love to hear them though - they remind me of home.
Although ... we still have some other tree frogs around making happy noises in the rain. Our voice box to the front gate at work was left in the talk mode the other day during a rainstorm - and you could hear the frogs singing merrily away. It was fantastic.
