Update
- Siren is still alive, but visibly fading. It won't be long, poor little girl, but every single time I think This Is It she revives. No wonder they say cats have nine lives. :)
- Was in a very minor car accident that left me with headaches for a day or two. Am fine now.
- Am working on a scroll for Coronation. It's going surprisingly well.
- New JD Robb was just downloaded to my Nook. Whee!
- On a more sober note, am reading Battle Cry of Freedom, a superb one-volume history of the Civil War and the period immediately preceding. The parallels in beliefs, tactics, persecution complex, and utter refusal to compromise between today's Tea Party/ultra conservative Republicans and what became the Confederacy are terrifying. We are in SO much trouble.
