Quick update

- Consult with dietician went very well. I'm making a few small dietary changes, going back to a regular gym schedule, and will go back in six weeks to see how things are going.

- One K'zoo paper is basically done, another is half-done, and all travel arrangements have been made.

- Weekly diary on bad books continues to be written and gets decent comments. Go, me.

- Medieval Clothing and Textiles 8 will be out in the next month or so. Whee!

- I just sold a short story to Circlet Press for an upcoming anthology. Go me in spades, diamonds, hearts, and clubs.
