Good news from Boston

I received a letter from my doctor at Mass Eye and Ear confirming what I'd already guessed: not only has the acoustic neuroma not grown, it appears to be slightly smaller than originally thought. Given that it's been approximately two years since my diagnosis with no growth, I think it's fairly safe to say that the neuroma is stable, and as long as it's stable, there's no reason to remove it.

Quite the relief, oh yes. Now if the sinus infection will clear up enough for me to write, my life will be complete...

It is not often that one meets one's self

Those of you who know me in RL will recall that I threaten to turn Malfoy-the-cat into a bathmat on a semi-regular basis.
