Which means that I cannot go down to Una's house to set up the tent she's loaning me for Pennsic. ARGH. However, I now have all my packing done except for about five things, so that's good.

I've also scrubbed the bathroom floor and will be setting up a behind-the-toilet etagere thingy. Go me.

I keep trying to get her to give me copies of what she has so I can put them on line.

What about a museum of textiles in Virginia? Ring any bells? She would want to stay in the States. The Museum of Women in the Arts and the Textile Museum in Washington, DC sound like the sort of places she would like.

I'd say any of the Washington Museums would be your best bet. Colonial Williamsburg has some wonderful quilts but no modern ones - although you might want to contact the textile curators there. I think Linda Baumgartner is still in charge.

Thank you, so much. I know you're getting ready for Pensic and I appreciate your time.
